Release Notes

The main goal of this version is to offer a stable version, used as example for my book about WPF (in french).

There are only a few changes : some refactoring and a new Perspective.Core.Wpf.Imaging namespace class which contains classes to convert the bitmap files (whatever format, i.e. RAW or BMP) of a folder into files with an other format (JPEG, PNG or HD Photo) in an other folder. See the BitmapToJpegConverter, BitmapToPngConverter and BitmapConverter classes.

The ImageToJpeg tool converts the image files of a folder (whatever their format, i.e. RAW) into JPEG files - Documentation.

For security reasons, IE may make it impossible to view the content of the downloaded documentation. If you encounter this problem, click the Unblock button in the property tab of the Perspective.chm file.

For maintenance reasons, the source is not available in the Source Code tab, but only in the Sources file.

Reviews for this release

Excellent work! I use Perspective for 3D visualization of software metrics: I generated XAML code from the metric results. The "easy" aspect was very important for me since I automatically generate the visualization code. Mission accomplished with success! Thanks a lot!

I especially liked the 3D control framework.
